Last night we had some great friends over to play what may been the final Killer Bunnies game in Mankato. It is interesting because the one couple is a couple that we’ve known the longest since I’ve been in Mankato, and the other couple are our newest friends. We will miss both of them quite a bit. The night ended with Tammy winning the game, which almost never happens.
This past weekend I had a goodbye party with the church staff. My buddy Mike made some of his famous ribs, my assistant made a nice cake for us, I got this as a gift from our financial person, and I got to play a Wii for the first time. It is starting to feel pretty real now as today I packed up much of the stuff from my office. On Monday we also found a great school for our second grader. Everything is falling into place. If you are reading this please pass up a prayer for us to sell our house soon. Thanks.
