Giving Twitter a Try

For the last week I have been using Twitter.  If you don’t understand Twitter and how it could be beneficial check out the video below.  It could be a very neat tool if I only had more friends in real life using it.  One thing I have notice, is that I don’t keep up with my facebook status as much when I’m using twitter.

Moved to WordPress

As you see I have moved to WordPress. It is a lot slicker and I am testing it out as I think I may create our new your ministry website using it. Good stuff! Do you like the the 18 year old picture of my brother and I from 1989 for the header? The picture cracks my up how much Chad is lovin on our cat.

Bought My First Domain Name

Tonight I bought my first personal domain name. Now you can just type in www.justjoshua.com and find the blog. Nerdy sweetness.

Moving

Here is the beginning of yet another blog. I think this is the 4th or 5th blog I have had. The reason for the change this time is that my last blog was a typepad account that belongs to the current church I am working with.

That brings me to my big announcement. (Drumroll) I am taking a new call at a different church! Yes, that’s right. After 9 years (today) at Mankato Covenant church I have now taken the student ministries position at Faith Covenant Church in Burnsville, MN. So needless to say we are very busy right now getting our house ready to sell and I am busy making sure the ministry is ready for the fall. So much more could be said right now, but I have a lot of work to do. Blessings.
